Aomori Restaurant
At Aomori, northern Japanese flavors meet Maine’s seasonal ingredients, highlighting what’s fresh both locally and from Japan. Similar to a Japanese izakaya, the setting is friendly and casual, centered around good drinks and small shared plates. The menu includes regional Aomori dishes, Japanese cocktails and sake, and carefully made kanmi (desserts).
DINING & RESERVATIONS
A large portion of our seating is held for walk-ins, including our bar, chef’s counter, and seasonal patio.
Reservations are available for our tables in our dining room each evening. If you’re unable to find a reservation, we encourage you to stop by—we do our best to accommodate walk-ins throughout the night.
